Instructor Training

The Association of Ontario Midwives (A-O-M) successfully trained 15 new instructors.
-
These instructors were selected from geographical areas under-represented in the ESW instructor pool.
-
Priority was given to midwives from IBPOC communities and to those who demonstrated a commitment to anti-racism and anti-oppression during the interview process.

34 Emergency Skills Workshops (E-S-Ws) were delivered.

397 participants were recertified through a hybrid virtual and in-person format.

P-R-N Locations included: Lindsay, Akwesasne, Midland, Madawaska Valley, North Bay, Milverton, Haliburton, Attawapiskat, Collingwood, Blyth, Kingston, and Elliot Lake.
