The AOM, in partnership with Curated Leadership, is thrilled to launch cohort 2 of the Facilitated Discussions Program. This program facilitates supportive spaces for midwifery practice sites to engage in courageous and generative conversations.
Two practice sites will receive up to six facilitated sessions designed to develop tools for open dialogue on complex topics over the course of three months. These sessions are meant to cultivate communication skills, psychological safety and inclusive practices among colleagues. Sessions will commence in October 2025 and conclude by February 2026.
