Midwives face a variety of physical hazards on the job. These can vary based on what type of setting a midwife works in. If you require accommodations or physical supports to help mitigate or address risks to your physical wellbeing and work within a broader organization such as a hospital or community health centre, you may contact your local occupational health and safety office.
